Buying our first home

Ashton and I are buying our first home here in Grand Forks. It is exciting, nerve racking, tiring, exhausting, all the emotions above. We didn't realize all the stuff that goes into buying a home and how emotional it can get. All the paper work wow, really thats alot and we still have a ton to do on closing day. We really excited that we found the home that will fit our needs for along time and it has alot of space, which we have been living without for a long time. We Finally have a fenced in backyard, so my kids will be safe which was a HUGE plus on this home.
We brought the kids to the home before we were 100% sure we wanted this home and they went crazy. They were running around and screaming. They didn't know how to go about it because they have all this space that they have been lacking in our current home. That was so exciting to see and that made our decision a little bit easier to do.
We are waiting for the apprasial to be going, its been ordered just not knowing when it will take place. Then on May 14th, We are officially homeowners!!!

Time goes by way too fast. I wish life would just slow down. You are so precious and we love you more and more every second of everyday. Your are the best.
